Poor user experience
This was my first time using this app, and I don’t think I’ll ever return. After spending hours trying to purchase an item due to how incredibly slow the app is, I finally managed to add it to my cart and made a transfer to complete the payment. My bank account was debited, but there was no confirmation on the app—no receipt, email, or tracking number. I had to email their support team, and they haven’t even replied. This morning, I received an automated email stating that my money had been placed in a wallet and that I could request a payout since my purchase wasn’t successful. Oddly, they also sent me a tracking number, but when I entered it to check the status of my order, I kept getting an “order not found” error. I anticipated issues, and I was right. When I tried to request a payout, I couldn’t complete it. The page kept reloading, and the process was unnecessarily tedious. The dropdown menu for selecting banks is ridiculously long with no search option, making it even more frustrating. Are we still stuck in 2012? This level of inefficiency is unacceptable. I’m giving this app a one-star rating and will not recommend it to anyone.
