I’ve deleted this app immediately after download! Why I was charged ? Don’t need your subscription

Hello, ios 10.3.4, iPhone SE The app crashes as soon as I open it, sometimes I am able to log in, but it stiess crashes after a few seconds. I don’t have a subscription. I have the same problem with the app on my iPad 2017. What should I do in this situation? I’ve already tried to delete and reinstall the app for several times

Love the length of books voice etc

Hi team , There is a fraud transaction you have charged me for this app. I do not understand French and never intended to use this app. I tried reaching out to support team but no response . Pls email me and refund my money.

There is absolutely no book on Design! Not for me! Clearly you guys missing on a larger group of readers!

Love what you are doing. Clean user interface. Problems: 1) Search for wider area of idea and even sentences or questions 2) Play button effectiveness on iPhone is not right 3) Search history refreshes very quickly causing discontinuity in usage experience Feature: To ability to pay per course would be more profitable for you, and less expensive for customer. Say I like the product building course and I would pay $1-$5 for it, rather than having a $10 plan for a month. It gives both the user a chance to spend on what they like and likely more profitable for your business model too. Topics I love to see more about: - Education - Agriculture - Innovation - Creativity - Entrepreneurial skills - Leadership - Sustainability
