It was great at first. I paid off my loan. Then waited to recharge. But when I went to recharge it was not allowing me. So I gave it a two stars.

I used this app when it was still called “boro” and I have multiple closed account marks on my credit from it. Not sure how much it’s affected my score but I just wanted to put it out there

It wouldn’t let me even set up an account never had this app before until now

Why don’t you let me re put in info I have multiple schools and also it says nowhere I need to link to school would’ve saved my self 15 minutes if you put that somewhere on the app

Do not sign up only wants your info. !!!!! Gonna tell you at the end they’re not accepting new customers

No where on this app page does it say this is ONLY FOR STUDENTS.

I’ve never written a review for an app before but this was just frustrating to not do it honestly. I read the reviews and was actually excited to try out this app since I’m struggling pretty bad financially right now and I saw some good reviews that seemed like this app really helped those people. But it wouldn’t even let me get as far as making an account. I put in my info and verified my phone number and it simply told me I couldn’t make an account and didn’t even tell me why I couldn’t or what requirements there are or anything like that. I’m just frustrated I was looking forward to getting the help I need and was just let down, didn’t even have it downloaded longer than 5 min. They could of at least given me as reason as to why I’m not able to make an account. If you can actually manage to make an account then I guess go for it, hopefully it’ll actually help you.

The cash advance part of the app no longer works. It’s so wrong to market that knowing that’s what pulls folks in. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.
