Kotak Cherry: MFs, SIPs

Why is it that not all Kotak platforms offering mutual fund services are in sync, even though I've registered with the same PAN? I mean, Kotak Cherry and Kotak Neo operate like they're from different planets. And of course, there's no option to transfer my mutual funds from Cherry to Neo—because why would I want to keep my stocks and mutual funds in one place for easy tracking, right?

Very much disgusting app they should rather close this app no customer service on call worst app so far i would giva minus rating. I purchased mutual fund and started sip of 1000 per month for 1 year and they created an autopay of 10 lakh from my bank account and now i want to cancel my autopay but no option is given for that and no customer service either i mailed them a lot of mails and i am getting reply that we have not created any mandate and we cannot find your account. What is wrong with the app just take down the app and they are using third party mandate for their transactions such a losers man u cannot even build your own system so please take down your app im gonna make a youtube video on this fraud of yours and make people aware about it. Really 10 lakh rupees mandate is required for an 12000 rupees total sip? Please give me a satisfactory reply because on mail im not getting any satisfactory response from your so called customer support.

When I sign in and enter the details correctly i am not getting the OTP for that

I have existing MFs which i bought from Kotak app. Not Kotak app does not have option to buy MF, it simply redirects to cherry app and fuuny part is here this buggy app says “these MFs are external and cant put/invest more on that. Dont you guys test before releasing it? I have informed customer care/my relationship manager but no response

No Customer Contact no and apps don’t work smoothly

I am using Kotak cherry to track my mutual funds, but it’s not updating data properly. From last one month showing “update in progress” which is not completed from last one month. Please resolve it. Otherwise App is very good for tracking our investments

App is good but there is a update issue in every parameter,when you will purchase any mutual fund it will be update late .
