The KOVnet Ouderapp offers your childcare the following:
In the notebook, the leaders regularly write messages about your child's day and you can do it yourself - leave a comment. Some shelter locations also take nice photos that you can view here and of course you can download. If your location uses the notebook, you have the option to download the notebook.
Via the app you can request a change if you want to exchange a day or request an extra day or a day off. As soon as your request has been processed, you will receive the response directly in the app.
If your child is ill, or if something else intervenes that prevents you from bringing your child to daycare, you can easily deregister your child.
All invoices and annual overviews and newsletters can be found here and can be viewed and downloaded immediately.
Your childcare can also use a chat function so that you as a parent can chat 1 on 1 with the group.

Meldingen komen helaas de laatste tijd niet of nauwelijks door
Agenda koppelen?
Is het mogelijk om de agenda vanuit de app te koppelen met een apple-agenda? Mvg, Irene
Geen verschil in notificaties en geen foto zoom
Jullie popups vertellen niet waar in de app iets niets is. Onduidelijk of er bijv een update in het schrift is of in de chat. Zou fijn zijn als dit (1) expliciet gemaakt wordt in notificatie bericht en (2) door bijvoorbeeld tellers op de tegrels referend aan open berichten. Daarnaast zou het fijn zijn als je in de app op foto’s kan inzoomen.
Text is not selectable
I use this app in English language. Many times comments are posted in dutch language, I am not goog at dutch yet. So I want to copy the comments and paste in google translate to understand the comments. Currently it is not possible to select text in the app. It will be very helpful for me if I can select the text.
Kan niet inloggen
Ik kan al de hele dag niet inloggen elke keer blijft die maar draaien
Super onhandig
Aanvragen ruil is heel ingewikkeld, “toegevoegde documenten” heel lastig terug te vinden, kortom: Ik probeer de app zo min mogelijk te gebruiken maar heb hem toch nodig.
Foto's Downloaden
Kan niet eens normaal foto's downloaden uit dat schriftje. Kreeg eerst al popups elke keer of vraag of ik wilde delen, terwijl ik alleen wil downloaden via die downloaden knop. Nu heb ik iets geweigerd en nu mag ik niet een foto Downloaden met melding 'foto niet geupload'. Na wat onderzoek lijkt dit te komen omdat ik idd 'geselecteerde fotos' als privilege heb en niet alle fotos
Niet fijne app.
Je kan zelf niet een aanvraag wijzigen. Ook zoeken naar wat je nodig hebt.
