Kryss - The Battle of Words

When you’re in a timed game, an ad is not a good idea to put in the middle of playing. Also, my device is lag city after playing for only 30 minutes or so. Uninstalled.

Does anyone play this game??? It’s a great game BUT the way you have it set up, no one can play the game for any period of time because you get locked out due to not enough games available. I get that you need to run ads but not everyone wants to pay $$$/month to play a game without ads. And when you run out of games, there is NO WAY to get more coins so we can play more games. I’ve been waiting about a month for the system to automatically allow me more coins so I can play again, and that “ain’t happening”. Very annoying and frustrating. If you really want more players, and if you really want to know which game out there “does it right”, then I suggest you look at the games called “Infinity 8 ball”. They have so many ways to win coins and gems so you can keep playing. I play it all the time, and I choose not to pay $$$, but some don’t mind it because it’s a great game. We understand ads so you can make money, but the way you are doing it is not beneficial to you or us. Take some advice…change the way you are allowing people to play more games…

Lowered my rating—Spin Wheel still often says unstable internet connection—but your ads never fail to play. Very annoying. An update to my original review— Many improvements and fewer glitches! The big problem now is with the Daily Spin. It’s a great idea, but I frequently get the “not connected to the internet” message. Obviously I’m connected to the internet—I’ve opened the game and the ads are changing. What’s the deal?

Great game. Would recommend it for anyone who wants to play a puzzle game with a friend or just by themselves. I love to play with my mom and sister, but I usually don’t win.

I enjoy this game immensely! However, there are SOOO many ads and they are LONG! I wish I could pay a one time fee for the game and get a lifetime of play, have no ads, and get as many game boards as I want. Currently, you have to watch ads to get 3 game boards and then you have to wait 24 hours until you can get more. Then you have more long ads while you are playing the game. It takes a lot of the pleasure away from the game.

Beyond a 30 second ad after EVERY. SINGLE. ROUND., limiting games being able to be played is simply obnoxious without buying more “game boards.”

Great game but too many ads

There is a quick play option and on multiple occasions players leave the game, then you are unable to play the game, and then all of a sudden when you’re able to play other games, later it shows you lost to the player that left the game. This loses coins and lessens your points. This needs to be fixed and the game would be a more enjoyable experience. It appears they have attempted to fix this issue, as well, I contacted customer support and was refunded some boards. Hopefully, this is no longer an issue going forward. I will update to four stars, for now.
