The laggy app needs improvement. I had to exit the sign-up process after waiting about 2 minutes for the screen to advance. Payment information was laggy to touch-response entry. Credit card’s last number was not fully shown. Errors were mostly shown off screen with no way of seeing the full message.

The menus missing a lot I have to order a whole meal for a breakfast chicken biscuit, a lot of stuff isn’t updated or even on the menu without it being on the whole meal tap. , please just update and work on the app.

Looks abandoned. I hope this doesn’t make me sick.

I download and tried to use the app. Could not get the app to bring up the keyboard so I could enter my card information. Krystal should hire a software team with a budget bigger than their burgers.

Where are the deals? There is not one lick of actual deal on this app besides you sitting here buying something that’s less than five dollars. You can’t even get an actual sack full for a decent amount of money or any type of deal whatsoever. Nobody is paying $20 for a sack full with cheese when that is the most common, desirable thing on the app. Place coupons and actual deals on the app rather than sitting here trying to get people to purchase for regular price. There’s no type of deals whatsoever

Tried online and then on the app and the coupon kept coming back saying, store not found. Very frustrating.
