Unable to pay tax online. What a disaster? Hope its not gonna be like the police medals!!!

The only thing this app do is sending otp to login. None of the services are working. Really useless app. I tried to link my building its been 10 months the application is still in the initiate stage. When i called the customer support received typical arrogant customer care reply. They said try deleting the application and create new one. Really disappointing performance. There is no 0 rating otherwise i would go for it

Not getting marriage certificate registered in panchayat

Trying to pay the building tax but on selection sbi nothing is happen. Completely useless

Application not found for Building Ownership change, but this exists in ksmart website.

We are not able to add our building for the purpose of online payment of property tax. For the “search building” option we are unable to click search button after entering the Buiding ID

1. Facing problems with ‘search’ function in the App installed in IOS (Apple). Once all the data for search is entered, the ‘soft-key’ for search is getting covered by the keyboard. This is a bug in the App & needs to be corrected. 2. After requesting for linking Aadhaar to my building, I am able see the request number & it’s also displaying a soft key to download the request. But, after ‘download’ soft key is pressed, a correct file is visible in the targeted folder, unable to open the same. These are the problems identified presently. Out of the above, the first on is a major issue and the same needs to be corrected urgently. I am seeing other reviews right from January 2024, lots of complaints by customers, but not even a single response by developers! Dear developers & Kerala government…! Good initiative, but are you serious?!!!! I am sure this would have been developed for Kerala Government and I sincerely hope the issues reported is also monitored by related government sections. Surely the app will be very useful if the problems reported are taken care. A non response will give a very very poor image!

Not at all possible to do a search. When u search for ‘find your property’, after entering the Building ID, search button is not visible. Developers pls do a bug check when u launch an app. Useless.

Can not see the applications submitted from desktop, in the app when logged in with same account? What is the use of this app?? Waste of resources? Software updated last week it seems, but still no use. And when trying to log in through safari, page doesnt load properly. Cant scroll down the menu or move around the pages. Worst app and mobile browsing experience. Is there somebody to check on these issues???

It fetched name from my Aadhar and when trying to create account it is saying “Invalid name”. Seriously? My name aadhar has an dot before the initial. That throws validation error, and I can’t edit since the name is fetched from aadhar and hence is not editable. What sort of logic is used to develop the UX of this app?
