KUBRA EZ-PAY v5

This app is incredibly frustrating being that it rarely opens. Often times I have to reboot my phone to get it to open and even that proves unsuccessful the majority of the time! Once open it works most of the time. Often times I have to submit payment a few times to get it to process.

Don’t waste your time there biller add doesn’t WORK THEY AINT GOT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO PUT IN A FORM AND GUESS WHAT THAT DOESNT WORK NEATHIER ITS YEAR 2024 GET A LIVE SUPPORT HELP CAUSE IVE BEEN TRYING FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS AND IT STILL DONT WORK N THE WEBSITE DOESNT WORK NEATHIER DONT USE THE APP ITS TRASH LIKE THEY ARE

Can’t even log in. Trying to reset a password and it’s constantly saying it sent me an email. NO EMAILS COMING THROUGH!

Would love to sign up but despite many tries and checking all the Junk folders…I never get a verification email, so….oh well.

Nothing works. Useless.

App crashes immediately after trying to run it. Iv installed and reinstalled and nothing seems to work. Sad to think the company probably got paid a lot of money to make this piece of junk.

Useless. Have ur developers code it properly to make it work. Cant even log in.

You will discover when attempting to sign up that the app’s design doesnt allow you to do so. A total waste of your time and effort in trying!!

App will do nothing but crash during sign in. But on the actual website it lets me sign in. Fix it!
