Kumpool - Ride-pooling app

The app not user friendly and troublesome. Cannot automatically show nearest pick up point. This is totally useless initiative and better bus service compare to this

I ordered a ride at 26/5 6.30pm. The app showed that estimated time was 30min to reach my location. After that, the map keep changing destination and adding more stops before me so I waited more than 1 hour eventually. At 7.30pm, I had to cancelled the order due to this bad experience. I couldn’t know what’s happening and the driver didn’t even send a message to me. Adding stop is ok for me but at least update the map. Driver keep going to other places to pickup other customers. Am I not your customer ? I been using KUMPOOL since 2022. The overall experience is good and the price is cheap but his is not the first time that I facing this problem and this is the worst one. Please update your app properly. please

wait for almost 40mins still not come

Drop off time keeps changing, a ride that was supposed to take 7 mins ended up taking more than 30 before I gave up. Driver couldn’t tell how many more stops before I will be dropped off - even the driver wasn’t sure. Had to give up and took alternative measures to get to my drop off point. Use this service at your own risk!

I know abt kumpool bcuz of my friend, i sat with her once and it was swift and smooth. So i downloaded the app. Today was my first ehailing experience with kumpool. The app, asked me to be at the kumpool space 5mins earlier. It says 15mins at the time i reach the pickup point. Then i waited. It then became 9mins and suddenly it went back up to 15. There was also one time that said my driver is near, but it went back up to 10 minutes again! It was an open air space, i am lucky that there's no rain and sun today. imagine i have to wait under hot sun or rain for 30+ mins Plus the driver asked me to cross the road (the pickup point is where I stood not the other side of the road) there's so many cars. And after i got onto the car he had to also drive pass where I stood I was really happy that there's a budget app for ehailing as a student. I felt so sad and helpless for this experience. Never ever using this app for ehailing again :(

Your routing model , do not drop the people in order and not even on the same directions, Picked in 1st place and gng to Place 2,3,4 - fine leave my close drop location and again went back to Original design point to pick new person , then wait about the person onboard first , do not hold the people inside the cab and roaming ! Better if it nearby allocate them to drop first before you onboard the new one !

Worst ride app ever, not reliable for daily travel.

bad experience using app a few times. it says arriving in 5 minutes for about an hour. and cannot track the van location. very unreliable.

Pls improve your system, the time fee Rm 1 also not this bad. Pls allow to drop the nearest point pin. Don’t waste their time spend 1 hour inside the car. Have some plan to segregate the drivers according. Of course, it is cheaper but I won’t if this keep on happening.
