The customer support team neither respond to the complaints registered through email nor rectify the issues. After updating the ios 18 version I am unable to perform upi transactions. Registered complaint and reminded twice. Still no resolution or response.

Both the app and bank provides worst service to customers better to close account in this bank

The credit card system is the worst I have ever handled, if request for statement or unbilled transactions it shows errors, please we need immediate app update on this regard. Also kindly show credit payment due date reminder on home page or as a reminder or something.

Unable to take screenshot, while doing neft transaction and missed to take screenshot then difficult to send transaction history to my customers. Please update and get screenshot option post transaction.

Please check and correct the bug - it is not allowing me to sign in my account. States to update the app to use.

Recently from few days the app was not at all working in iOS devices It was always showing error internet connection fail even though i was connected to wifi r mobile data

They have many options in app but most of the options is not working, even I couldn’t register basic upi with this app , it’s a collection of bugs in name of DLite

Drastic changes in new version. An enhanced experience for users. Try to improve on fastag integrations. Label change for calculator as some other meaningful one.

In the Updated version the Pay to Contact option is not working on iPhone shows error as failure
