Delayed assignment of task to rider, Delayed pick up, Delayed delivery. Expensive charges. Unhelpful and unprofessional customer support team, Very rude and unprofessional riders. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM! They are literally the worst logistics service available.
Every button you click on takes about 3mins to respond. I placed a delivery task, the response I got was charge attempted but the task was never worked on/added. Very irritating and unreliable app
Stupid interface , bank details can’t be verified, everything is messed up

I booked a delivery and paid 6k+ but the rider didn't come till I left the office so I cancelled but kwik as refused to refund my money. It's over 2 months now. They are not credible.
This is the worst delivery app of all time,as a new customer i was presented a discount only for it to be taken immediately when i wanted to make payment
