Kyte - Rental cars, your way.

We rented our Kyte in Boston. During our trip we decided spontaneously to return it in New York City and were able to change our return address and date easily thanks to the helpful and fast customer service.

everything was perfect and the price was fair

Kyte canceled my reservation of a rental -which I already paid for weeks ago- less than 24h before the reservation. They refused to cover the additional costs we had because of them canceling the rental.

Usually, I don’t review apps but I think this app has the potential to gonna be huge. I ordered my first car yesterday and will definitely do it again! 5 stars

For our weekend trip to yosemite we were looking for a car though did not want to get into the traffic down town. With kyte we ordered, had a blast in the mountains and dropped off the car in front of our house. Feels like owning it ;)

Why hasn’t this existed before? I already ordered two cars with them and their service is simply amazing. The app is easy to use and the best thing is, I don’t need to worry about getting to the rental car station and waiting in line.

Great experience getting the “KYTE” delivered to my apartment. No hussel to pick up the rental car any more. This is the service I was looking for so long!

I’ve rented from Kyte since 2020 but can no longer recommend them and will be taking my business elsewhere. Kyte is preying on unassuming customers by renting the car at 7/8 full. If you bring it back full, they won’t reimburse you and if you bring it back less than 7/8, they up-charge you the difference at a higher rate. Utterly pathetic and shameful business practice. Rising rates I can understand, trashy unresponsive app - typical these days in tech, but slimly attempts to skim money off customers like this, unforgivable.

This issue could have been resolved without cancelling my order. Now I have to pay for a larger car and it is a very high cost for me .
