I like it when it's working . Moved to a new place and now the vacuum won't work. Tried rebooting modem and unit but it keeps loading till it reaches 30% then it says there's no connection.

App itself is very simple to use without too many bells and whistles. However, the company’s support here in Canada is extraordinary. Had an issue with my Kyvol with 1 day left in warranty. Contacted customer support and after diagnosing the problem it was determined that my vacuum battery is dead. I was expecting a new battery or a run around but they immediately offered a new vacuum as a replacement and shipped the next day. Wow! I have purchased items from big names and never received anything like this from them. Highly recommended.

We find this vacuum very helpful! The battery life doesn’t last as long as I expected. However is very useful and worthy for the price :)

First time smart vac owner. This seamlessly connects to your google home setup and be voice controlled easily. Our 3 year old loves it!
