Overall app appears to be useful/helpful but errors out when trying to add my library card to Apple Wallet.

What a creative and innovative naming the new item: Mifi! As soon as you launched the monthly news on March 1st of 2024 to announce new service Connect & Go for hotpot loan, I searched it using this app, nothing showed thru search box, tried using keywords like Hotspot, Hotspot Only, Connect & Go, Connect & Go Hotspot, etc… Only the combo Laptop + Hotspot showed up, not the new one for solely hotspot. Your staff showed me to search by using keyword Connect Hotspot, the app shows other items but not Hotspot. I tried on your website, it shows there! What kind of database that this app is referring to for searching?

Please add or migrate the lists we have created on the website. We would like the ability to create lists of items.

The update has greatly improved the app. Easy to search and place holds. Great to link family accounts.

I want to search only my local branch. But doesn’t allow.

The new app is so easy to use. I was able to download an ebook and read it instantly. I also loved seeing events at my local library.

App has been down for several days now. App is “unable to connect to server”.

App not retaining Linked Accounts when app is closed as of Feb 3, 2023.

It logged me out and now I can’t login, it shows a message saying: unhandled exception: class Java.lang.nullpointerexception?

Just a suggestion for the app: It would be helpful if we could save items in the app for future holds or checking out. I often read book reviews and want to save a title for future reading that I know I won't be able to get to immediately. My only option when I look it up in the app is to place on hold right then or go check it out right then. It would be nice to have a saved list in the app of materials that the library has that I could go back to later on when I do have time to get and read the book.
