The object of this app is to place and review bets. When the later is not possible via the app it makes the whole platform rather pointless… Have followed up with Ladbroke support who advised to just use the website… THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN WITH SPORTSBET!!!
Very nice app no issue till this time just one they don’t place a bet sometime and sometime put less money on bet but no issue with withdrawal
They block you from all promotions if you use them, after less than a week of making an account. Isn’t that the point of having promotions, to make people more interested in placing a bet? No, that’s just a rhetorical question. The point of promotions with the sore losers at LADBROKES is to draw you in to betting, and if you’re good at it, they identify you and block you immediately. That might be the LADBROKES business model, but it’s a 1 star business model.
I don’t know what they did with the last update, but now there is NO MORE “combine remaining” in the resulted bets section if you missed a leg of a multi!??!?? The whole point of gambling is to take a chance and try your luck, I LOVED this feature! But now it’s gone? 🤷🏽♂️ Now, we have to click through EACH individual one again and add back to the slip which takes forever and with closely timed matches you don’t get the time to do it - before it was one click and go! Bring this option back please!
On phone app can’t read the trainer or jockey in win/place but you can in same race multi. On tablet it only works with tablet verticle. Good to bet with though, great offers
The only reason I use Ladbrokes was because I was able to check my deposits and withdrawals at any time without the need to wait for ridiculous reasons

Tried placing a $100 bet on the nba , and they just went ahead and rejected my bet and automatically placed 27.47 instead. Seriously sad that a corporate multi million dollar bookmaker is that stingy that they can’t even accept a $100 bet. Like they are shaking in their boots over such a small bet it’s ridiculous . Shockingly rude customer service over the phone as well. Oh well I have the last laugh I make more from betting than any of these saddos that work for this company
