Ladies if your surname changed when you got married then this app does not work. They have still not fixed this bug which has existed for several years now. Why the account is linked to surnames and not a persons UNIQUE ID number is really beyond me.

App crashes when trying to view results.

App is not user friendly at all. I was unable to obtain my results, because I apparently have more than one profile which makes no sense.

My surname differs to my ID number so I get a user error - multiple records message. I cant download the app. So ridiculous

If you are married, it won’t let you register because there are “multiple surnames” associated with your ID number. So a huge number of women can’t use this app and get their results:( Big flaw! Please fix…

The App was working until recently. Results are now no longer showing. The Lancet Call Centre was unwilling to assist.

Doesn't show any results for me. Given how many bad ratings there are - it's surprising Lancet haven't tried to build something that actually works.

Results are not loading. Keeps crashing each time I try and load my results, some results do appear at all.

I’m not really a fan of downloading an app just to view my lab results. Could you please develop a web app instead?

The app was working pretty well before it was updated. Since the software update, it doesn’t show the latest results that happened after the software update. No matter how many times you refresh it, only the old results appear. To add further confusion, there are two different Lancet apps: this one and another called “2”. The second one doesn’t even allow me to login.
