1. You can’t just turn on the audio and focus on the book, you need to mess with the app every time there’s a new text block. Then you need to press twice for EVERY single word recording. Old school style cd recordings were much more convenient 2. Flashcards are useless, no study mode for the unknown ones

This app is less than useless!! I’ve just bought the Portuguese workbook and I’m guessing Sue Tyson-Ward is not happy with this supporting app?? It’s incomprehensible to listen to??

The book (Spanish conversation) is excellent and luckily the app is only really needed to be able to hear the conversations, as the flash cards are very poor - the quiz for example gives several identical possible answers in the multiple choice but only one is correct!

I have enjoyed using the app to reinforce the grammar books. However the update has removed everything that was useful. There is no indication on the main menu of whether sections have been completed. Some chapters only have tests on vocabulary and nothing on the grammar introduced. Very disappointed.

This app does not work on ios 9.35. Neither flash cards or FAQ can be accessed. Found it a complete waste of time on IPad. Very disappointed.

Spanish Verb tenses - Utterly useless, confused layout no longer follows the book. Any activity seems to take the user back to the start menu at random times. Audios always take the user to the start menu immediately. The section on “ser” and “estar” contains nothing related to the section heading. I stopped looking after that. However did this get released? Can I get the old version back?

They’ve done a good job with the revamp, and all in all the range of accessible drills taken from many different books is excellent. Of course, I’m only speaking about the Spanish content so my comment that it is Latin focused is something to be aware of, but it doesn’t override the vast majority of exercises.
