LAPFCU Mobile Banking

Ever since the new updated app, I’ve had so much trouble navigating around everything. The old app made it so simple to pay my credit card and gave me the date I need to pay it by right on the screen. Now, you can’t even pay your credit card from the app. I have to go to the website to pay it. How is that suppose to be useful? The app is so complicated I had to go in and make a payment because I ended up missing the deadline trying to figure this thing out. A banking app should be a lot less troublesome and easier to navigate than this app.

New version started end of Nov ‘24 is just terrible. I have many sub saving accounts to manage various saving goals and use memo section for transfer nite. New version doesn’t reflect memo on accounts (only on transfer section). I can type up memo again going to each sub account for each transaction but it is so annoying that this version stop doing all the features they used to offer. I really hope they switch back to something similar to old versions.

When you pay your bills online on your phone on this app. The font is small and difficult to see and maneuver. the old version was better to pay bills online on your phone

Worst app I have ever

I was used to the old version where each transaction displayed the amount spent and underneath the amount of your available balance. I hope they can bring that feature back. It’s just easier to budget your finances knowing how much you have available after every transaction.

Please switch it back! No updated register. Access to credit card and Zell is lengthy and confusing and it logs you out regardless of activity. It’s very slow to change the dollar amount after a transfer. I absolutely hate this so-called Upgrade!

LAPFCU recently updated their mobile app and online banking site with the intention of streamlining the user interface across all applications. In doing so, they complicated the interface so it’s no longer intuitive or user friendly. They released the app prematurely and users were unable to log in for nearly a week. In addition, there are known issues, such as not being able to see transaction history for accounts, with no eta on resolution. Actions that used to be simple, ie. sending money through Zelle, are now cumbersome and time consuming. They took something that was easy, user friendly, and simplistic and over complicated it. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I would not the new app.

The new version is hard to use, like trying to work on a website intended for a computer. Very inconvenient. I really can’t use it to pay bills because the writing on the website is tiny. And there is no feedback form so I wrote this review instead.

I can’t imagine this won’t get fixed but right now, not having a running balance is super annoying. Please fix this ASAP and the rating will improve

another app with unusable glitchy update. Can’t even access some important information when i need it. Actually disgusting
