Best decision I ever made was ditching my falsies and mascara for Lashify back in 2020 and I can honestly say that I have never looked back!!

I can’t figure out how to turn them off and there is too many

Super difficult to figure out this app and how to work it. Super confusing, constant glitches. For instance, I'll add items to my cart but it's not showing the item but adds the price. So if you need to remove an item it's not showing in the cart but shows in the secure checkout which at that point there's no option to remove the item. You can only remove the item in the cart but it doesn't show the item in the cart.

This app is so frustrating and confusing. Makes me want to give up on this app completely.

I’ve been using these for years, but after cleaning and reusing, I’ve been buying another brand of lash clusters and bond from Amazon.ca. I had to try three or four brands, but I found a really good set and bond. They’re about 4 times cheaper than Lashify, and that’s not including the Canadian fees & shipping.

Very frustrating unable to process payment and no person to contact for help.

I love lashify and recommend it to all who compliment me on my lashes, but the app is frustrating. I have trouble modifying my subscription box, it keeps having errors and jumping around to different areas of the site …wish this was better. Lashify 100% , lashify app 10%

Easy to browse but won’t let me order/pay! I had to go to the website and do it all over again..
