İ purchased e book and 6 month subscription but i cant log in to app it says (we recognise your email adress but the account registration is not complete) you took all the fee in öne min how is the registiration bot complete !!!!

You will get charged a recurring fee even though this app does not show in your subscriptions nor is there a way to cancel within the Lasting Change app. The company will not provide a refund for charges for future months. There is not a valid reason to charge anyone for a future service they do not want. And the app is useless. You can use a paper checklist for the same results.

Doesn’t integrate well with other apps. Yet another app that requires you to update everything manually. Not aesthetically pleasing overall feels like more work for little value

This app is just ok. The book is better. However, it is very difficult to cancel the subscription. It cannot be done on the app and nothing shows on your account that the auto renewal has been canceled. I won’t know until I see if I am charged or not. Beware.

First off, I was kind of forced into purchasing a subscription to the app. I really just wanted the “personalized” book, but they hiked the price of the book if you don’t buy a subscription to the app. I didn’t use the app at all, I’m sure it works for some people, so I won’t make any comments about the app itself. As soon as I purchased the subscription- I made sure I canceled it so that when the (I think) 3 month plan was over - I wouldn’t get charged again. That wasn’t the case. I got charged 53.99. I noticed it the day it was charged, so I immediately emailed customer service to explain everything and ask for a refund. They got back to me saying they went ahead and canceled my subscription (again, mind you!) but being that the new term already started, they couldn’t reimburse me. I emailed her back and asked her to reconsider being that it was the same day that they charged me and that I had already cancelled so it was their mistake. I never got a second reply. I’m guessing this is how the company makes their money. Such a scam. If it’s such a life changing app, you would think they’d be accommodating to their customers. Really disappointing. Maybe this is why people stick with the big companies like Amazon- as much as I hate it, I would have been reimbursed- no questions asked.

I have an account and am logged in on the app, but when I try to cancel my subscription online it says there’s no account with my email. It’s not even listed as an active subscription under my Apple ID but yet they are charging me. This app isn’t any different than what I can do for free with other apps or my apple health app.

There is no clear way to unsubscribe and it is auto renewed every three months. I’ve wasted $106 on an app I never use!

This app is completely useless. It’s not different than the rest of the garbage apps out there. They try to put too much in without building in proper automations to keep people from having to do hours of work a day just talking about their day? Bro, i want a focus and activity necessary to help build the change. I don’t need a full blown psych ward evaluation every single day. And the “habits” omg it’s pointless. It just adds a check box and tells you “see how you feel after X days of this” I didn’t need to pay 80 bucks for the book and app to do the same work I already do on my own. What a wasteful product. Like I said I really hope the book is better. We will see. I probably just lost all that money regardless.

I love the book and was really hoping to see major benefits when using with the app. The app itself is well designed, but it’s basically a glorified tracker and not at all worth the monthly cost. Support is also TERRIBLE. I reached out once to see if I could change my subscription plan to a longer commitment at a lower overall price. The customer rep who helped me was not at all helpful, and told me I would need to reach out to customer support to change my subscription–which is the department I initially emailed (per their website) to get help. I ended up deciding to cancel instead of the headache of working with their so called customer support

I wanted to love this. I had issues understanding when my purchase was completed (I used the pay pal option). I ended up buying 2 books as I submitted the order twice within a 30 minute time span. I emailed the company right away after I noticed the double change in my banking app (about 30 minutes after the second order) The response I received was we cannot cancel or refund your order. I only received 1 book (not 2) and was charged for 2 books and 2 annual app subscriptions. I want to love this but I am so dissatisfied that I was charged twice and did not get both books, even though I only wanted one.
