Horrible service, waste of money
Due to coronavirus, almost all country borders are being closed. With this on mind, I hoped to get some empathy of customer service and be able to get a refund as right now I’m unable to leave my country. Nobody thought that COVID-19 will infect the world at such great lengths. Even though I talked with NUMEROUS airlines to obtain my refund, they are unable to do anything because LastMinute is the one who holds all rights. As being a non European citizen I needed to make an international call so si wasted also tons of money just trying to connect with this service because that’s the only way you can get it. The service was horrible as they act without empathy, REALLY BORED and they just send an email to the airline. Even though the airline lets me have a full refund to this crisis. I have not heard a single word from lastMinute and as this goes on they will keep my money. I’m desperate trying to contact them through phone, through my personal area and even email. I cannot even cancel my hotel even though the cancellation policy says I still have time because of lastminute. Because my flight was NECESSARY (It wasn’t a simple tourist flight) I had to buy another one. Great mistake cause even If I wanted a refund on the 24 hour lap they didn’t even hear me out. If I never made bought through last minute I would had been able to get all refunds and cancel my hotel. Please lastminute contact me and if anyone is reading this review this please NEVER buy through this company. You can hear my desperate try as my last resource is writing this review.
