Well, I am not easy to be surprised, but Latam made it. Finally, the airline app that can do nothing, but show your booking and make a simple search at a price higher than an internet aggregator. Congrads, you made it!

Not possible to plan the trip. After filling the form with the origin, destination and date the blank screen with rotating rings appears. No proposed flights.

The app doesn’t works. searching for a flight results in an error every time: „the search is taking longer than usual”. Do not recommend for flight search.

For some time already, each attempt to buy a ticket ends with a message that the flights I chose are no longer available. When I try to change the flight, airport or even a date. All ends with this communication sorry the flights you choose aren’t available - but when I try to find new connections “not available” flights are available again. Situation is ridiculous. I believe it’s all related with payment processing because my friends trying to book flights at Latam website have the same information and cannot buy the tickets. Travel forums are full of frustrated Latam customers with the same problem we have. Do not recommend this app for buying tickets.

Não dá para entender como uma boa companhia aérea ainda continua tendo problemas básicos no aplicativo. Tecnologia, gente, não existe mais gargalo no mundo para problemas tão básicos. Fui fazer uma antecipação de viagem e quando fui pagar(acreditem!!!!) não consegui pagar porque quando fui digitar o nome do meu cartão apareceu uma mensagem de erro! Dizia que todos os nomes do meu cartão deveriam ter duas letras. Mas no meu cartão um dos meus nomes é impresso só com uma letra! A letra “B” . Nunca vi erro desse em nenhum outro lugar. O desenvolvedor da LATAM conseguiu inventar uma “mágica” para prejudicar a companhia!
