Well, I am not easy to be surprised, but Latam made it. Finally, the airline app that can do nothing, but show your booking and make a simple search at a price higher than an internet aggregator. Congrads, you made it!

O login nao funciona. Eu recebo uma mensagem falando para tentar mais tarde. Gente, isso é um app de uma compania aerea, onde o ticket de embarque precisa ser acessado a qualquer momento! Um absurdo.

Die Basics wie Bordkarte erstellen und in Wallet herunterladen funktionieren. Aber wehe, man möchte über die App den Sitzplatz ändern oder - wie unvorstellbar - ein Upgrade kaufen. Die Möglichkeit besteht theoretisch, funktioniert schlicht und ergreifend nicht. Aber was soll’s, man kann im Urlaub prima jede Menge Zeit mit diesem Schrott verschwenden. Weiter so LATAM.

Displays wrong boarding pass - very ennoying. I have a trip of 3 flights. Instead of giving me the boarding pass of the flight today, for which I already checked in, following the link it shows the information of the next flight - which is totally useless today

Since Monday I try to book domestic flights in Brazil for me and my friends from abroad. The app is not usable. We want to book the tarif FULL and when is come to “Choose your seat” error page 404 is shown and use our website. But the Website as well leads to an error page. The Latam Helpcenter was not helpful as well - we got only stupid answers.

Wieso kann ich meine Kundennummer nirgendwo kopieren?! Und das mit der Karte ist ja wohl nen Witz… wieso kann ich die nicht zu wallet hinzufügen?

Flug wird nicht gefunden - Datumseingabe nicht möglich. Wo finde ich einen Kontakt whatsapp oder mail??

What a Desaster. You have to lern Spanish to use App…

Seit dem letzten Update kommt die App mit spanisch vor, aber es gibt keine Möglichkeit das zu ändern???????
