Well, I am not easy to be surprised, but Latam made it. Finally, the airline app that can do nothing, but show your booking and make a simple search at a price higher than an internet aggregator. Congrads, you made it!

Useless, communicating with this airline is already difficult enough. This app doesn’t help at all

He intentado buscar vuelos en el sitio web con dos Mac diferentes y nunca funciona, sale un error y se nubla la pantalla, luego he intentado hacer con la aplicación y tampoco funciona ya que solo se pone a cargar y no deja que se vean los vuelos ni siquiera, lo intenté con el móvil en el sitio Internet y es imposible seleccionar los asientos, rarísimo(si pago una tarifa por ello lo mínimo sería que pudiera escoger)y cuando pongo mi fecha de nacimiento se cambia sola. Definitivamente esta aerolínea tiene de los peores servicios digitales que he visto. Intenté comprar los vuelos hace tiempo y también estaban los mismos problemas incluso peor, ahora los precios suben cada vez y me tocará pagar más por culpa de la mediocridad de sus servicios online. Vergonzoso que una compañía tan grande esté tan atrasada.

Impossible to download new app version…..

Tried to pay some extra luggage in my plane booking and didn’t work at all. I need to wait multiple minutes (over 40 minutes, then I gave up) with the same message “processing trip, please wait, this might take a few minutes”. ‘And I did the process multiple times. Useless app for that matter.
