No refund for 30+ days, very unresponsive support

Well, I am not easy to be surprised, but Latam made it. Finally, the airline app that can do nothing, but show your booking and make a simple search at a price higher than an internet aggregator. Congrads, you made it!

Every time I fly with this airline there is an issue. They never track my points and I can never add them to my trips. You can’t book for your colleague with your credit card you have to use a third party app to book with them. There app is absolutely terrible. I fly across south every month for work and anytime I have to fly with them it’s the worst experience. Avoid this airline at all costs.

Keyboard doesn’t show at login screen

It was quite difficult to book flights on your app. As I’m a Canadian but I have permanent residency in Brazil. I was unable to change the language option to English. It took me two days to book this connection flights to match my air Canada flights out of GRU to Canada and return.

The app does not accept international (Canadian) credit cards. I wasted 2.5 hours reserving with multiple failures. Do not book with them if you’re using an international credit card.

I can’t access the app. It doesn’t move forward when I enter email and password. And it doesn’t give me a notification window about the problem.
