Please avoid this app. They lost a very expensive carpet of ours, can’t find it, and won’t reimburse us. This is a terrible service.

Not in my area but unlike other apps I didn’t have to sign up for an account before I found out.

Really happy with the service. Shirts well done and timely delivery. Would be five stars if reduced plastic and safety pins in the shirts. Please offer a sustainable option.

Very easy to use.

They delivered my items almost 1 week late after rescheduling delivery multiple times. I’ve had to wear same clothes for a week. I had to call them 6 times to get my clothes back. They would reschedule delivery and then simply not show up. The App would record it as “delivered” when they hadn’t. This laundry service also lost my clothes before but because it was so convenient, I was willing to give it another shot. However, never again. I’d rather just go to my local mom and pop dry cleaners and give them business. Terrible experience. They really let me down

This app works great - it even reminded me when I’d failed to finish my order. I just wish it didn’t wait 24 hours for that reminder - 2-3 hours would have been better!

Some stuff disappear when you use the wash and fold service. I’ve also received socks and underwear that weren’t mine...
