Update: Are you actually able to read or just copy paste text? And stop spamming when I unsubscribed from your useless emails! Avoid this company! Terrible service and they are liars, damaged cloths and just charged double amount. Talking with their support is absolutely useless, on all my questions what they gonna do with this they just replied "oh, sorry, but everything is fine on our side and we will not return your money" they just don't care.

We like this perfect service. Everything was exactly at the time we needed, clothes was fresh and clean, and smelled nice, thank you guys.
It was a challenge to find a laundry in Dubai. Yes, there are plenty of them, but they charge by piece, not by kg. With our volume, it is insane. I’m glad I used Laundryheap. It is affordable, fast and convenient. You pay online, drop your bag at the reception and then collect it there on the next day.
Used this service a few times. Every time things arrived crumpled. Last time all things arrived crumpled and some even dirty. Had to iron and wash again by myself!
Very very unpleasant experience with the app and the laundry team. A lot of our clothes were spoilt and never replaced. I recommend you to stay away from this service.

Twice the company take my money from my card!!! And amound is upper they in the application price!!! So sad about it. Please back my money!
I am a born sceptic and a firm proponent of status quo. So when stuck in NYC for 3 weeks and running out of laundry options, I reluctantly downloaded a few apps and gave it a whirl. Laundry Heap by far exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of use, delivery and pick up options especially from hotel suites and service excellence. Hereafter I will pack even lighter cause I know I can get it washed or ironed or dry cleaned with only a few clicks.
The delivery was amazing and service was fast and simple
