Extremly happy with pick up, drop and ironing. But extremly disappointed with the dry cleaning service. We give things for drycleaning because it had stain or dirt which cannot be removed with normal wash and for the cloth to get a fresh look. All the tshirts came back with the message of stubborn stain and did not even feel like dry cleaned. I just felt it was just ironed and given back. The bedsheet was given because it had dirt which did not go in normal wash. That also came back with the same status. So unhappy with the service.

It used to be good a service provider and I switched to laundromat from my other vendor. But now you don’t get slots on time and prices are going up.

Terrible service.They ended up spooling my expensive shirts and didn’t even bother responding to my queries. Stay away please!

I have been in touch with this laundry mate for past couple of days I’m really impressed with der friendly service…!!!

Used the app for the first time to get a few shirts and linen washed and ironed and they came back on hangers perfectly ironed and the rest of the linen flawlessly ironed and beautifully packed. It was much easier than having to drop off at dry cleaners. It was beyond expectations, all the clothes came back like new.

I have been following laundry mate for sometime, they are changing the game with amazing one day service, multiple options, friendly service, excellent finish, hospitality, convenience and overall ease. Tried services off late during a long stay and found it to be much much economical than using hotel services. Overall excellent service. Very professional!! Laundry picked up and delivered promptly. Laundry folder and packed neatly. Very polite and friendly delivery staff, willing to listen and very eager to make it happen.
