Although I like your app set up however, I subscribed twice to the app and was still unable to access the account. What is now the essence of it all?

I was on the 7-day free trial after which my access to my account was blocked. I subscribed to the monthly subscription on the app, put in my card details and was debited and still can’t access the app. I’ve tried reaching out on instagram and still no response.

In one year for the mcq (2016 I think) I opened it and 2 minutes in I realized most of the options were the same (repetitive) so there was really no right answer and I’ve encountered that multiple times. loads of typos too so you’re unsure if it’s a trick question or just a mistake. Was really happy to subscribe but naa don’t know if I can work with it. Bar finals is a lot on its own so I need to ensure all source(s) of information are correct/reliable.

This app has really been helpful
