Worst app available if you want to cut your grass. They charged my card multiple times for no service, and when disputed they logged me out of my account and app became very glitchy.

Some of the providers, about half, do a truly awful job. The customer service resolutions are non-existent, even when going through the hoops of reaching out to them. I really wanted to have an app where I could just order a lawn mowing, but in reality this is nothing near what I’d hoped. It’s humiliating to have my lawn “mowed” and have it look no different, then for the app to decline any reasonable solution because they’re taking the cheapest routes to resolve issues. Just avoid it. Not worth the energy. I’m sure there’s another app that does the same thing.

Service is terrible and the customer service is even worse

It is the absolute worst service platform. In the span of 5 weeks….they changed the person that was supposed to cut my lawn 5 times ….and the last one never showed up. It has been 2 weeks since anyone showed up. Buy your own lawnmower ….going to get one in the morning. This service and response is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs

Bernard cuts the lawn and we have been very pleased with his services.

My lawn guru arrived in a timely manner, was kind and communicative. His work was efficient and well done. Will definitely use lawn guru again. Also love that the company checks in right after to make sure you’re satisfied.

0 stars. Customer support is non existent. App chat does not work. My provider did not show up and still waiting for any communication from lawn guru support a week later. Unfortunately I can’t cancel service until I’ve had 2 cuttings (I signed up for weekly service). I will absolutely be canceling once I get someone out here to cut again. Stay away from this company! Do some internet research first. I wish I had.

Great service, super fast and convenient

Tony and crew did a really ice job on my overgrown shrubs! They mowed my lawn also and it looks really pretty!
