If you want to use the digital wallet, I suggest not to use this wallet. The customer service is really bad. I will tell you my experience how bad that they service. Last time I wanted to get a file of my transaction through the app and I tried to contact to customer service about it. First time I contacted them and they said that I have to contacted to the company which I bought the crypto to get the file of transaction. However I believe that company just the 3rd party where we can buy the crypto and cannot help you to save the transaction. Second time, I talked to them to export the transaction file again and I thought it would be sent in a week however it took them nearly to finish exporting the file. One thing I remember that I used that app for 4-5 times but I don’t know why it has to take them for okela year to export the transaction history.

Its all ok when you have no problem but when you have problem like wrong memo or something with your wallet .nobody will help you and all their live agent chats are lie to you my case one transaction with wrong memo, I provide video and everything but they said it will be fix in 2-3days and finally after 2month they said it will be procees in 2-3 days and ate my money.never ever use this app
