Why is the pool timetable always so hard to find?
Want to see a pool timetable before randomly clicking dates to see if I can book

Cannot Book - password reset form is broken
I have had this problem for a while where I have an old account with LBRUT - I cannot remember the password so I choose to ‘reset password’ - the app tells me it’s sent a ‘password change request’ to my email, but it never arrives. Nothing in Junk folder. I’ve tried multiple times, so something here is very broken. I try to create a new account but it won’t allow that since it recognises I have an existing account with those same details. Wastes a lot of time going round in circles. Instead I simply call the pool and book/pay on the phone.

Not really surprised at a unsuccessful app made in connection with the council…….

Generally very user friendly. Would be helpful not to have to re input card details every time

booking system, aint straight forward, then they charge you £2 for not turning up, if they havent justified payin £10 for a swim anyway, richmond swimming pool what a rip of for people out of your borough
Terrible app
Despite several visits to the leisure centre snd email correspondence I continue to be unable to use this app.
