LCC Mobile App

The customer experience is not great, I am logged in and can’t navigate seamlessly without having to remember the eTag number, or even check what vehicle number is registered, all payment history etc.

Really scamming on people and you should try upgrade the app to allow us see our usage histories

In as much as we can check balance and top up. It’s important we get our statement per time on usage on funds topped up. Without this the app is incomplete. How do I trace what you’re truly deducting from my balance. Regards

Balance refresh doesn’t seem to be working on the iOS version but is slightly more reliable on the Android version. Can this please be looked at.

This indeed is what Lagosians have been asking for. Thank you for putting up this app. It is so helpful. I sampled it to check my balance and topup. All was good. Topping up took me to the secured paystack page, and that was really comforting. Suggestion for improvement is to link phone numbers of accounts holders to the app so that as you input phone number, full account details is displayed. As against what it is now that i have to still produce my account number to the app after providing my phone number.

Am so loving this new LCC Mobile App. It is very functional and useful app that has made daily commute through the toll gates in the Lekki environ less stressful and so easy. Before this app basic activities such as knowing and topping up your balance, managing your vehicles and etag account was a nightmare. It even got to a point that I completely abandoned the use of the etag and card and resorted to using cash to pay for the toll levy and in some cases avoiding the tolls gates via the bad alternative routes. However, the new mobile app has changed all that and I am now a loyal customer.

I have downloaded the LCCI app on my iPad and I sent details of my car for about 2 weeks now but I didn’t get any response. What should I do to register for the cashless toll payment?

I never get a pin when asked to verify my number 😑
