Won’t connect 90% of the time and then you better be within 10ft of the main panel. You think with what we pay for this things they would “actually work”

This app will frustrate you everything you use it. I have had it lock out saying I’m motion to the point where I had to use the panel inside. I was not in motion and standing by the pickup trying to raise the camper. Lippert can and should do much better.

I really do like the app and the ability to monitor and control systems in my RV. I have even added the temperature sensor that integrates with the app and it’s pretty awesome. For some reason the app keeps asking for my RV’s VIN. I plug all the information back again, hit save and what do you know it continues to ask…… anyone else have this issue?

Update again, (November 2024) now on IOS 18.01!!! One control version 3.941 still going strong. Works fine on iPhone 12. I don’t know WHY lippy refuses to put the older version back that works until they get one that does and verify with testing. Version 3.941 is the last version that works correctly. They should go back and see the code and start from there with testing. I have it on an iPad and 3 different iPhones and it works through WiFi fine on 2019 Momentum 351m.

I'm confused as to why this app cannot seem to save my VIN at all. I've entered it four times, and I confirmed it was correct each time. Most of the functions kinda work, but that one thing annoys me enough to bug me.

Fairly useless unless you have a dedicated device like an old iPhone. Even then it is unreliable.

Instructions tell you to connect via QR code, but the QR code never successfully connects. Alternative option is to manually type in your SSID and password, however this option still doesn’t work.

App connects but faults every time I try to do something with it. Totally useless.

Never connects And jump through hoops to resetup

I loved this app for leveling my Rv manually without having to be at the control panel, but for some reason it locked me out of the leveling feature and so I deleted the tv and tried to add it again and now it just keeping “connecting” on the add page. It won’t actually send my phone the notification to add the pin. Please fix!
