Unable to complete movin checklist
This is a nightmare! I have been unable to complete move in check list and the apartment has been nothing but uncooperative.

This is a nightmare! I have been unable to complete move in check list and the apartment has been nothing but uncooperative.
This app is a disaster since the redesign. Push notifications don’t work. Text message notifications send me 10 reminders in 30 minutes about a new package!!! Can’t delete old messages so now my messages are spammed by all those reminders and I’m not getting notified about anything from management.
I keep having issues with this app.
Is there an issue with the app? Please Assist.
Cannot login. When I click on Forgot Password, I cannot reset the password. The app is pretty much useless to me and my property manager is insisting I use it to complete my move-in checklist.

I haven’t been able to login to the app for 3-4 months now. I spoke with building management about it about 2 months ago, they said would push a ticket forward but still no joy for me. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app numerous times. When I press ‘Reset Password’ and create one that matches the criteria, I get an error message stating that sign in is not authorized. Oddly enough, I can see how many unread messages I have in the app because I get a badge icon, just can’t go into the app. This is pretty poor because I have no way to learn of building news. Please fix it!
This app use to be a ‘one-step’ login. Now I have to log in three times in order to get into this App. -when I click on the App I have to login with my email -Then I received a passcode that’s sent to my email. Then I use the passcode to complete the verification. -Lastly I am prompt to enter my password. This is frustrating!!!
Most functions work and it’s a pretty straight forward app. Unfortunately my building sends a lot of messages and there is no easy way to “mark as read” or “empty all” messages out of the inbox.
This building is a complete disaster!
