This app hasn’t seen an update in ages. We want Apple Pay integration.

Please let me use the number pad to type in my phone number instead of the normal keyboard. The app already lets you use the number pad to type in your CVV.

Can only access account by scanning your card. Scan function is in the 99 percentile range of not reading the card (new-ish card nearly 2yo). Why there isn’t a function to use the card number as an alternative access or register the card to an account to top up off-line shows a lack of purpose in its design. I would give it no stars if it were an option! Apple should not allow this product on the store with this functionality.

A little bit prone to working, then not working. But when it works, it’s good. Now the next step is to get the Leap Card on your phone, so you don’t have to carry the physical card.

Issues with reading card - very annoying

Leap card isn’t read 40% of the time. No matter how long I leave it there for. Unbelievably aggravating when the train is soon and the only ticket machine is on the platform heading southside, because for some reason it’s the norm that only the southbound platforms have adequate facilities to be called a train station. A recent update eliminated all my card details forcing me to re enter my saved ones, and then it bugged and made me re enter them again, leading me to miss my train. If you want people not to ride on the train without a ticket then develop a working app that makes it quick and easy to purchase tickets and top up leap cards. Until then you are punishing people who actually pay for transport. Awful, awful app I need to use out of necessity.
