Stick with duolingo for free or she’ll out for Say Something in Welsh but don’t waste money or time on this

Would be great if more than 40% of common words were available. They’re not, so I award 40% of stars, 2 out of 5!

Please may I have my money back? Have reinstalled checked settings paid full whack and it’s useless

Brilliant app helped me speak Welsh straight away. Categories are very good and I advise it to anyone who is interested in speaking welsh. Diolch!

How are you meant to learn from a robotic voice you can’t understand the individual words of the sentences very disappointed wish there was a way to get my money back

I would not recommend getting this app as there is very limited access to words. You have to pay to get all of the words, which is understandable. However, the speech tool is very hard to understand, especially since there is a welsh accent. The good thing about the app is the translation, many other apps I have found have bad translation and appear to be using google translate. The app could be improved if you allowed more access to words.

I could not understand what it was saying because of it’s accent

Most of the words are locked and the ones that aren’t are words that are basically the same in Welsh and English! Useless.

The system that is used to give a model of the pronunciation of the word in Welsh is clearly one designed to be used in English, and not a very good one at that. Unfortunately this makes the app almost useless.
