This app is not good at all and technical support don’t help . I keep trying and trying and nothing

When logging in, what does instance stand for that needs filling in?

Crashes uploading video

Compresses video then crashes before uploading every time on every device.

What is instance??

Can’t log in! Asking for instance? Anyone know what this is?

Waste of time

No idea what instance is on the log in page. No help or idea what to do so can’t even log in. What a waste of time.

Uploading evidence on app

After installing the 13.2.3 IOS update, when attempting to uploading a piece of video evidence from my videos, it errors. This was working fine before the update and is taking way too long to correct.

Not a clue

A help file would be handy! Got my log on details but what is instance all about???? Glad the support from my tutor is better than this app support!

LA

The app is very basic as best. Does not offer a range of features LA PC platform offers. You cannot uploads or edit what you have uploaded?

Instance

Keeps asking for instance and neither me nor my tutor know what this is.

Evidence uploading

Evidence will not upload. Renders app useless. Please fix.
