Everything is hooked up right now I can’t connect to main box keep saying connection not found and it’s nowhere where water could get to it or debris

I bought the lights. They were working fine for about two months. Everything’s hooked up wired, the correct way as instructed on the paper or chart should I say, now I can’t get it to connect to the main box. which is the receiver from the phone to the one in the car under the hood. You should be able to connect Bluetooth. It will not connect. It will not let you turn off the lights. It will not let you do anything. It says connect problem failed connect status failed please update this. Y’all do something because I will do something if y’all don’t promise you that.

It worked just fine after a month . Then it would not connect to the bluetooth . I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and still no bueno.

So I tinkered with this product a bit, it's a bit rough around the edges but not for the reasons you think! It's due to the power supplying mechanics they have, your car needs to be on for the bluetooth to work and for the device to stay turned on! What happens when you leave it plugged in when your car is off is that it gets volts of power making it turn on without you even realizing! When this happens just unplug it and whenever you're ready to go driving with cool lights plug it back in! Great product but it needs to elaborate on its mechanics more! 🫶

The connection with these are terrible and for me they randomly turn on and just kill my battery do not recommend getting this.

So after having the same Bluetooth problems everyone else was having I messed with several different settings. What I did to fix this problem is to forget device within my iPhone settings (same for android) and then connect it through settings. Open the app and when it asks to see or send notifications to iPhone. Click DO NOT ALLOW. After that they started working fine afterward. If you’re having trouble follow those steps and you’re good to go!!!

Worked great the first time I connected to it. Sadly already installed on the truck drove around one night with perfect connection and lighting. The next day won’t work. The app isn’t connecting because the device is on and works but the app won’t stay connected long enough to connect to the exterior hub. Needs a big update or something done to fix this issue! I’d like to keep this product but at this point idk.
