Developer only want recharge from player, but no bother to fix the hackers and cheaters inside the game. Many error in game and reported but developer fail to fix all existing error. All error from developer themself, they will blame the player only. Set up so call Mods chat channel but all mods act like dictator. Will delete and ban the player comment if they reported repeated same error and bugs in game they facing time to time.
Don't even try to download this game. If u see ads about this game, also don't try to download it. Ads vs real game is like waking up from a dream that don't exist. So many bugs and lags and still demand players to recharge using real money for gifts. I see the interface, my eyes also hurts like hell. I think i rather go play club penguin than this game.
Game has increasing bugs instead of increasing content. Support isn’t working well to overcome this bugs and players are abusing these bugs to exploit in all forms of gameplay. What’s the point of having bug surveys but not doing anything about it?? Also last night, in the last day of event for total ranking, a group of servers went into maintenance mode for 3hrs and screwed up the players daily + total ranking. Why would players recharge to play events when this kind of crap happens? What will they do as compensation? Nothing! Absolutely nothing!
Don’t pay means you lost... no point playing
The game is great in nature, however in the abstract of understanding public relations and customer relationships in such gaming platform is very much absent here. Regular and common bugs stills exist within the game without any or proper fixtures to it. Customer Support Center (in-game) simply turn a blind eye to the bug issues, hoping it will be gone with the wind. This advocates the incompetency and lack of understanding in nature, have failed many stakeholders’ expectation.
Downloaded and installed, managed to get into the game but couldn’t play. The display screen was full of white and blue checkered boxes! Please help. Thanks a million!
I can’t even log into the game!! When it says start at the beginning, the log in page keeps glitching!! AND I am on WiFi!!! You need to fix this. 😡
When I update my game this when I play it lost its data and it reach to lvl 1
When I saw the ad it looked like it was fun but the game did not even look like the ads so I was disappointed that the ads did not look like the game
Has been playing for 1 year plus, spent lots of money and time but when we report players hack, we have been ignored or received 1 standard reply from them even we have obvious proof. I hope old and new players think twice before recharge. I didn’t even want to give 1 star. But no choice.
