They were no help at all. Waste of time and money

I am so grateful to a friend who told me about these Services when we were in EMS together. I have dealt with highly professional and caring Attorneys and Staff members for almost every issue I’ve sought help on. Occasionally I’ve encountered a ‘lemon’, as in any business, however if I pursued resolution by filing a complaint, it was resolved to satisfaction. So many of the Attorneys have gone above and beyond what is covered by our membership! I have saved thousands $$ in utilizing the coverage in preventative services ( advice and consultations, letters written, documents reviewed ) Thank you Legal Shield Thank you Harlon Stonecipher (zt’l) Thank you Ross & Matthews

Billed me and couldn’t use my membership for 3 weeks until they fixed it and have the nerve to tell me those 3 weeks counted towards my service when I couldn’t use it

So I purchased the subscription on LegalShield in order to best serve and protect my grandfather, who is being wrongfully treated. I also suffer from a disability, and this law firm has discriminated against me because I can’t communicate properly due to my disability they have lawyers that are exceptionally rude, rude staff don’t take your calls argumentative and they just scam people in my opinion because when they’re telling you they’re offering you legal aid, they take your money and then you don’t provide that to me. That is a scam. Please be very careful about this website especially if you’re getting it for those you love do not trust it

I had traffic ticket where they told me they couldn't do anything however when I reached out to other lawyers they were able to help me dismiss the case. also their lawyers attitude is really bad . very impatient when I was talking with them. So regret that I had subscribed their service for almost a year for nothing

I registered for this service in June of last year. Although it is a great company full of great training & everything you need to succeed with a sales company, they only want your money. I barley got any help or heard anything AT ALL from my team leader. The only time I heard anything was at team meetings & trainings for new associates. I came across a review from the app involving human trafficking, & how the service failed to help. When I confronted one my former colleagues they acted as though I shouldn’t be concerned, & all they were concerned about were keeping me involved in working. Not about what happened the fact that the service had failed them. This business is not really about “helping people” it’s mainly about becoming a successful business man or business woman & eventually becoming the next millionaire. If you are truly want what’s best for you & your family, seek the lawyer, seek the attorney. Do whatever it takes, just DO NOT get with a service of any kind that doesn’t care. I had used them for three separate issues. One for a repo of a car, two for landlord/tenant issues and three for a contract issue. I had to do all of the work for them and proof read/change their letters, so unprofessional and if I listened to them I would have lost my case. Provided no help and genuinely did not care. Update: I already have message the company for support and providing them my unhappy experience requesting for a refund. They refunded the money but never responded. Now that my case is over there’s nothing more you can help me with.

I don’t like to complain 1. It is wasting my time 2. I like to have good things to say Now I have to waste more time so I can cancel this company. I have tried to get assistance with a few different topics, so it required a few different attorneys. Cool. I am on a deadline to renew my commercial lease. The end of this month. The first lawyer I spoke to gathered all of my information, I provided everything she asked for we talked about who my landlord is She happed to know who it is. We after about a week she called to say she couldn’t handle it even though she would love to. She remembered she represented someone from my Landlord company or something like that. There was some kind of conflict of interest that she didn’t remember when we first spoke. I have to wait for another lawyer who I can barely hear on the phone I have to start the process all over so there goes another week. She was supposed to call them a day after her and I spoke which would be Feb 21. She never called them to ask them for my requests. Now I see I have another email from the landlord waiting for my signature to sign a new lease. They are waiting on me. But I have yet to be assisted from Legal Shield. I called tonight not expecting to get an answer because it was 4:42pm and they close at 5pm. The phone attendant answered, yes I told her i was perturbed and this was urgent she put me on hold came back said the lawyer is on another call she will call you back. I am a little surprised because it is almost 5 pm. Attendant said correct she will call you back. Well it is now 8:10pm and she hasn’t called back. I called the office again they are closed. I will call in the am at 8:30 when they open. I don’t want to call the landlord myself. This is not my speciality. That is why I was talked into to getting this. They said it would help Oh they also said the plan I have wasn’t substantial enough for some of the assistance I needed just some will and trust questions. I would like a refund for what ever I spent. It has only been may 1-2 months. Hope this helps someone.

I have been using them for a year, and most of the info is not as accurate. Their attorneys who answer you are super limited and don’t have the knowledge to help you if anything went to court. I talked to a few of their attorney and they don’t help when things get to court. I needed their help with immigration filing, the attorney who answered my request ( Felix) is a scam. I retained him for $1500 and paid the immigration fees to him. He said he filed my application, however, nothing came from immigration for 60 days, not even a recipe number! I tried so many to get info from him regarding my application and he didn’t send any tracking number or info about the filing. Now he doesn’t respond to my calls or text. What blows my mind is Parker Stanbury's response to the incident, they literally did nothing. They will take the attorney's side and not give you his info to make a complaint about him. They also don’t take responsibility for their referred lawyers or even lawyers who answer your questions. They will do nothing to help you if the lawyer scam you. I feel extremely bad because I lost money and time and Legal shield did nothing to help me. Instead, they will say he is not our employee and we can’t tell the lawyer what to do. Please go with another legal insurance, they are not helpful and their attorneys are scams and very limited! It’s a scam and they will not help you at all if their laywer scamed you.

I had just recently gotten into a car accident not even a week ago & I immediately filed a claim with LS. It has taken them the weekend to phone me & ask me 2 questions, they told me they would get ahold of me immediately the same day; I didn’t hear from them for another two days. When they finally called me, they told me they were referring me to a lawyer outside of their firm. Unbelievable process just for them to tell me they can’t help me. I hired myself a private lawyer who is taking care of everything swiftly & appropriately. Do NOT waste your time with legal shield, I’ve been a member & they’ve done nothing but take my money
