They went over and beyond to make sure my credit stayed In Good standings and for 3 months they basically rolled over my payments till the end. I can’t say enough positive things about LendingPoint. I secured a small loan a couple years back, receive friendly reminders prior to auto payment date that consistently alerts me via text (preferred). After falling behind one month recently the tone and frequency of LendingPoints notifications did not change. They alerted me to the issue via supportive, non threatening texts. Removing any angst from contacting them to resolve. Their friendly, accepting communication sets them apart from other lenders methods of resolving.
