Not sure if it’s iOS 17 or the new app but the app is now useless and can’t find my Bluetooth batteries any longer.

Superbes chaussettes! Elles fonctionnent à merveille! Plus jamais froid aux pieds en ski. Suggestion : À quand une mise à jour de l’App pour qu’elle soit fonctionnelle avec l’Apple Watch? (Psst. Votre concurrent Therm-Ic est sur Apple Watch! 😉)

The sock heaters keep resetting via the app and basically constantly need to reboot the app because the socks turn off. I’ve asked numerous times for assistance and really have gotten nowhere, total waste to buy the heaters with bluetooth connectivity, save the hassle and just manually operate. What a waste of huge money. Complete regret. Update: now at next ski season and still no updated app to fix the constant bluetooth connectivity. I’ll be looking for a different product next time.

The app keeps crashing! I also keep receiving a pop up saying I’m not registered, I am!

I updated the app recently because it was crashing at least once every time I opened it, hoping that a newer version would fix the problem. Unfortunately it did not, and on top of that there is now a passive aggressive nag screen that pops up trying to get me to register the product. 5 stars for convenience, but minus 3 stars for the crashing and nagging.

Je les aime, mais pour des bas à 400$ vous auriez pu faire attention aux fautes dans l’application!

Can you please make a Apple Watch app

On a notre téléphone dans nos poche anyway donc la possibilité d’ajuster et vérifier l’usure des batteries durant l’activité rend le tout facile et agréable. Les bas sont également super en passant!! Trop chère mais tout de même un super achat pour quelqu’un qui se gèle les pieds depuis longtemps. Ha oui, je crois qu’on ne doit pas trop porter attention mais le niveau d’énergie du bas gauche dans mon cas baisse légèrement plus vite que le droit et ce sur deux paires de bas. Je donne tout de même un 5 étoiles.
