App used to be good, I could collect and got reward cards. I stopped using it as i would spent 10-20 mins doing a survey just to get to 90% complete for it to tell me “I dont meet the criteria” when I already answered the criteria questions. Such a scam. The surveys are always way longer than stated, usually double the length. I got tired of wasted my time, you will spend over 10 hours to maybe get $20 gift card.

They deactivate accounts at random for no reason and then say you’re giving them “inaccurate info”. They also make no effort to help get your account back after it gets deactivated, so it’s honestly such a waste of time.

As others have noted on different forums, LEO surveys will repeatedly trick and waste your time. They will promise anywhere from 500-2000 points per survey then, after taking up a lot of your time with multiple lengthy questions only pay 50 points, claiming it took that much information to identify you as ineligible for the survey. Also, the rewards are paid once you reach 20,000 points which are valued at $20, but considering the number of hours needed to reach that level, the pay amounts to less than a dollar an hour. I joined because I trusted the Léger brand, but am left sorely disappointed.

I’ve been a Leo member since 2008 and enjoy completing the variety of surveys they provide. The customer support for issues is prompt and helpful. Compared to other sites, Leo is easily one of if not the best.

Takes forever to get surveys and not worth the time wasting

Not a scam. Takes a while for sure but I’ll go fill out a couple surveys when I’m in the mood and it adds up. I’ve cashed out for a 20$ Amazon card and it worked perfectly. In Quebec, Canada.

This is the best survey app I found so far, 1000% better than other spam apps in the market.

Not sure why there are so many scathing reviews but I’ve had no problem with the service and made over $100 on the app. The estimated time for surveys and the rewards are equal to $1 every 10 minutes on average but I’ve gotten surveys on a couple occasions that have offered up to $25 for 25 minutes. The threshold for payout is only $5 where as it used to be $20 which may be why so many people have complained in their reviews. I usually wait to get the $20 anyway because even still it is easily attainable. I do wish there were more available surveys which is my only real gripe with LEO particularly but there is still quite a fair amount (and as I said some can give you more money than others). That being said, the people commenting that they don’t have enough surveys or they’re answering a lot of questions without getting a reward must not understand how the screening algorithm works or have some other user error. I’ve only rarely had this problem maybe once or twice where it seems I’ve answered more than just the screening section of a questionnaire but maybe this used to be a bigger problem. Whatever it may be I would suggest that they’ve made some effort to alleviate these concerns and improve the overall experience. In summary, this is a very good way to make a little extra cash on the side and although it can seem like a little bit of an outdated app I think it still works exactly how it’s intended to (just sometimes will lead you to external links). Also a plus that they have draws and bonuses for how much you use the app. I use this app to get money for games, food, and any other online orders.
