LEROY MERLIN

I have tried to buy a 5m worktop and a sink but I can’t even pre order. What is the point of an on line app if you cannot order heavy/large items to be delivered. Why can’t such a big company move products around to supply purchases. I went to Marbella today, they said buy on line but it’s not possible. Zero customer service.

App is in English. The products are all in Spanish 🤷🏻‍♂️ What is the point of developing an app when the website (which doesn’t have an English option either) does the same job? App deleted 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣

Leroy Merlin is currently accepting orders for aluminium window which they cannot supply. They consistently put my order back from eight days to two weeks, then to one month and finally say they don’t know when they will be available. All this time they are holding my money and do not answer any queries, through their portal, by email or by recorded delivery letter. Their practise is not only poor but is illegal. A very disappointing service from a company with whom I am a regular customer.

App does not allow to sign into Leroy Merlin because of my regional IP

Not sure what sortware is used but you can order stuff for a pickup and pay and it’ll be cancelled with no explanation but more than likely it say shop has item but it’s not in stock

This shop has everything you could need for your property. Every time we are out in Spain I’m in the shop getting something for the house- my wife hates it Great shop

Living near Malaga, we use the Malaga store for everything we need to renovate our bathroom, checking stock availability before traveling to buy the items. In store staff are very helpful

The app say it has five languages and one of the languages is ENGLISH but you cannot get English on the app

I cannot believe a store has good as Leyroy Merlin can associate it's self with such an app has this even an amateur software writer could do better. I can not insert my correct delivery address, payment info, billing address, phone number, even market place vendors cannot find my Address????
