Used to work great has been consistently broken since last update

If this review was several months ago, the rating would be very different. However, an update to the app has rendered it unusable. I am able to log in, choose a restaurant to order from, then what should happen is an online verification code is sent that you enter. I get the code via text, but you cannot type it in. The keyboard no longer pops up to provide the ability to type the code in. Clicking on the boxes where the code would be typed in does nothing as well. I am on the latest iOS and I have also deleted and reinstalled the app…all to no avail. This means I’m not able to order since I can’t get passed the verification. Ordering via a browser works fine, so I know it’s not my account. I have waited a couple of months, hoping this would be fixed. Several friends and family members state they are seeing the same behavior. Please resolve.

How useless is an app that cannot tell you the few restaurants it has. I went to one in DC and got the app. They appear mostly in Chicago and some in Florida. But where else are they?

No response regarding missing points / rewards. Have submitted request three times with supporting documentation and +3 weeks later no follow up or resolution.

Persistent message notification without message

I keep trying to order online and it says my phone number is wrong which it is not. How can I order?!?

This week the app keeps closing on me and logging me out

Constant false advertising about email promos

Since most restaurants charge tip seperate and you can only get points once per locations. They take away your points once the tip Processes and you only get points on the tip. Complete scam. Customer support doesn’t respond either

The new app is great - makes finding restaurants near me that deliver super easy and I love the feature to get my rewards points scanned— I’ll never accidentally forget and have to call customer service. I can tell a lot of thought went into the new version and it really shows.
