LEVEL UP with Laurie

Laurie takes that into consideration be providing workouts that fit in to your day, weather you have 10 minutes or 60+ minutes you choose. No matter the time you have you can guarantee you’ll be challenged to Level Up as she pushes you to out the work in to see results.

This is by far my most favorite online and in-person exercise platform. The movements, the music and the energy that Laurie brings is off the charts! I sat through a business building session today on staying energized and the first thing that came to mind was the feeling after I “Level Up.” If you want to feel strong and fit, you have to give this a try. It’s absolutely the best!

I found Laurie during the pandemic when I felt trapped, exhausted and wasn’t prioritizing myself. Taking her fitness abs nutrition programs were fun abs completely changed my life! She pushed me in ways I never knew were possible.

These workouts are awesome. And the app is totally user friendly. I highly recommend it.

Love the variety of workouts that Laurie offers. I am a mother of 4 and have a tough time squeezing in more than 20 minutes to workout. There are a variety of workouts on the app that I can select that target different parts of my body all under 30 minutes which is ideal. Hoping one day soon I can do her signature class but love the focused “mini” workouts until then! Thank you Laurie..you are an inspiration!
