Don’t reply
I’m appalled at the service from this company. I still haven’t received my magazine 7 months after I ordered it. I’ve tried to download this app to gain access to it online, however I couldn’t log in. I’ve emailed an email from the ‘help’ section in the app. I’ve had no reply. I’ve emailed different email adresses from the website and private messaged on various social media’s such as Instagram and Facebook. I have not received a reply from any. Disgusting.
