I downloaded this app hoping to make some connections and find some real queer people. Instead, I keep getting fake people who aren’t queer, who are only interested in scamming you, and have the nerve to ask you for money… when you have never met them. While this may work on some people, I’m no fool. You need to vet people better on here. I had high hopes for this app but just had to delete it. Crappy all around.

Great way to meet new people and find friends. Easy to choose your interests and find those with those same interests. Please always make the ability to choose age range, distance, and orientation(s) be free! If i couldn't do that without a paywell on Lex.. i would not feel safe. When Tinder made you have to pay (among other apps) to be able to choose the ages you saw, I stopped using the app. People who are young who want to make friends need to be safe from older people who they did not intend to have access to speak to them in the first place! Thank you, Lex and your team. I have no business talking to anyone 3 years older or younger or more unless it's for professional and mentor reasons... i had such predatory and abusive situations happen as a result of Tinder priorizing profit over safety. To this day Tinder still makes you pay, same with so many other apps, too. This set ya'll apart, but I'm sure that was purposeful. Please, please, please never change this.. neurodivergent people and vulnerable folx need extra protection like this because most of the time they do know their needs and boundaries and shouldn't have to pay, beg, or bleed before they are met!

Lex has managed to avoid the plague that has infected most dating apps (where they are trying to keep people from finding matches by locking everything behind paywalls). KISS FTW!!

it was better when it was focused on sapphic folx and had a bare-bones UI. but get that investor bag I guess.

the app can be glitchy at times but otherwise it's perfect! there's something queer for everyone on lex. i've already met such a dear friend on here and i encourage others to do the same :)

I tried to set up push notifications in the app with no luck 😭 my iPhone settings don’t even show Lex in the notifications set-up? So I have no way of changing the notifications on the phone itself…only the app
